Data from Downdetector, a platform that tracks user complaints regarding network failures, indicates that problems began around 9:00 a.m. By 9:45 a.m., there were 4,808 reported incidents of outages from Facebook users in the United States alone, with 63% of the users citing issues when trying to access the website. Furthermore, Instagram faced its own challenges, with around 2,829 incidents reported by 10:18 a.m. related to the application's functionality.
